hello, i have similar problem. Images are too big (resized above image dimensions) in
Firefox 3.0.1 (Linux), Opera 9.51 (Linux). IE6 is fine.

It doesn't occur on the project page, is it?
Could you both send your HTML and CSS content and I'll investigate.
It could be a CSS setting which modify the way the modal looks.

When suffice from the archive files, open the file in a browser photos.htm and click
on the bigger picture.
Then reduce the size of the browser window and click again on the big picture.
I have it all done in the FireFox 3.0.3 and scroll bars appear.

Sorry for the delay.
I found the error and fixed it. I'll release a new version soon.
As a quick fix, you could update your own nyroModal version by doing this:
around line 365, you'll find:
var w = modal.tmp.width();
var h = modal.tmp.height();
setCurrentSettings({
	width: w,
	height: h,
	imgWidth: w,
	imgHeight: h
});

Just add after this this line:
setCurrentSettings({overflow: 'hidden'}, 'css', 'content');

and it'll work.

i'm currently reviewing all the remaining issue to release ASAP the new release.
