What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Please see http://marder.org/test/ 2. When using $.nyroModalManual during a page loading, the status of a checkbox inside the modal cannot be determined 3. Yet there is no problem when using standard nyroModal ie/ $(".nyro").nyroModal() When going to http://marder.org/test/, the page will auto load with the modal, an alert will attempt to give the status of the checkbox. But when closing the modal box and using the link at the top of the page, which spawns nyroModal cia a link and via $(".nyro").nyroModal() all works as expected What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to correctly get the status of a checkbox. If the page uses $.nyroModalManual, the status is always false, regardless if the box is checked or not What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.6.2 Windows Please provide any additional information below. Are there any special switches required to get nyroModalManual to behave like standard nyroModal?

Instead of doing: $.nyroModalManual({content:mod2}); Try: $.nyroModalManual({url:'#mod2'}); BTW, I'm not sure to understand what is your problem.
