What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.adding a position absolute to an element 2.adding a position relative to an element 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? the element overlaps the nyromodal box and when scrolling in the nyro modal window the element seems to be fixed or doesnt scroll What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.5.2 windows 7 Please provide any additional information below. thanks for your efforts in developing this modal.

Use z-index property, add z-index to your css element, lower than 100 that is the default minimum of Nyromodal (I think).

crespi.albert is right. If you want to change the zIndex of nyroModal, you could change the zIndexStart setting.
