What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll down page
2. click link to open modal
3. Modal top position is at the position of the scroll bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Modal should open in top left corner

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.4.2
windows XP Pro
IE 7

Please provide any additional information below.

If you go to the following link:
https://www.corelearningonline.com/mathoverview.asp

And then scroll down the page and click the link titled 'Fractions: Step
by Step - Table of Contents'

The modal doesn't open up in the top left corner. Instead the top of the
modal is positioned where the top of the scrollbar is for the main page.

Doesn't happen in firefox.

I don't see any problem in my XP/IE7.
Could you send a screenshot or give me more information please?

I have attatched to screen shots.

Screen1.jpg - This one has the modal opening correctly. But note I have not scrolled
down the main page yet.

Screen2.jpg - In this one I have scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked the
same link. You will notice that the modal doesn't open in the top left corner.
Instead it is down a little bit, and the distance that it is down from the top is
about the same distance I scrolled to the bottom of the page.

It looks like your IE7 isn't recognize as well.
Could you first try to update to the news version 1.5.0 of the plugin please?

If it's still not working great, please give me what's getting the following code:
> alert(navigator.userAgent);
> alert(window.XMLHttpRequest);

Is IE7 installed with windows update or by another way?
