This is another small display issue that seems to only show up in FireFox Win/Mac. When using the modal to display a series of hidden divs or even a gallery of images, it appears that during the transition from one div/image to the next, both DOM elements are momentarily visible. If there is a small amount of content on the page and the visibility of both DOM elements exceed the current window height, FireFox automatically displays a vertical (and sometimes horizontal) scrollbar. This momentarily shifts all page content over by size of the scrollbars. This happens very quickly, and of course, the previous div/img is hidden, but the transition is very jarring. You can see an example here: http://downloads.slingmedia.com/get/sp-win- us.html. Size your Firefox browser window large enough so there are no scrollbars; click on the Screenshots tab; and click through the image gallery. You can also see this behavior on your demo page when viewing the Gallery sample. Just watch the scrollbar handle as you click through the images. I know this is a small thing, but I'm wondering if it is related to the order of hiding/showing elements -- perhaps the order could be switched so that two elements are never visible at the same time.

Good news, I tested many times in Firefox 3 RC2 and it looks like it doesn't occur anymore.

As this bug is fixed in Firefox 3, it won't be fixed. The tranfer time for Firefox is enough quick to let us do that.
