What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Called a page with static content for testing<a class="nyroModal"
href="Events.inc.php">test</a> which worked in FF but in IE7 displayed
about half way down the screen (May have been my layout).

What do you see instead?
Fixed it by changing line 17

From:
var isIE6 = (jQuery.browser.msie &&
parseInt(jQuery.browser.version.substr(0,1)) < 7);

To:
var isIE6 = (jQuery.browser.msie &&
parseInt(jQuery.browser.version.substr(0,1)) <= 7);

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.4 - Using Vista ,Apache 2.2.6, PHP 5.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Hope it helps.

I can't reproduce this bug.
I can't test in win Vista, only in XP.
Is this bug also occurs in the project homepage?
If not, you probably have some CSS interfering with the nyromodal or something like that.
If you can send a link where the bug occurs, I'll take a look to see what's happen
(if the bug also occurs in IE7/XP)

I don't want implement your fix as you wrote because that's mean many changes for
IE7. the fix for IE6 is used only because it doesn't know the position: fixed. As IE7
works great with it, I don't see any reason to change that.

At this point it is a large php project that isn't live so its hard to share because
it is just running in on my pc. I did try to disable the css and all other
javascript completely and no change. It did work fine in your demos that is why I
suspect it may be something in my layout. If you like I can send you the html that is
produced and the css file. I only mentioned the error for your info. in case it comes
up again. I am just a nubie let me know if there is an alternate way I can help.
Great script though hope to someday have that kind of knowledge.

For some weird reasons, removing your first comment line "<!-- SOF header section
-->" solve the problem. Don't ask me why...

Good continuation, your project looks great!
Don't hesitate to send a link once it's done!

If you really want to keep it, just put this comment just after the doctype or after
the html tag (looks like the best position regarding its meaning)
