What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll the page and click on the link
2. Scroll the rest of page and click on the link
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see half page opacized and the modal window set to top.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I test this on Windows Xp Home - Ie6 and Ie7

Please provide any additional information below.
When scroll the page nyromodal have this problem.

The scrolling on the global page should be disabled on IE6.
on IE7, i can't see any trouble.
Are you using regular version of IE or multiple IE or something else?

Yes i know, but i scroll before and the after the window set to top.
I tested on multiple ie and ie6 and ie7 of different computer.

Attach the test on other computer (ie6 and ie7 not multiple versione)

on the index page, just declare a doctype and it will work.
for instance:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Retry, i add the doctype, the scripts and the css i'll use, i search the conflict.

It's ok i had a space before doctype on site under costruction.
