Right- and/or doubleclick (for example) !PopupPrograms folder entries (or anywhere where they point to a browseable location?) and open them in file browser.

If multiple locations, show up a list of them for the user to choose from.

Relevant popup header would be a better place for such menu, don't you think?
I know, it contradict to the default Explorer behavior, but in contrast to Explorer, parent popup may not be available.

Sounds good to me. I think having it in both places would be fine.
