Currently, the resize_rendered_image_dimensions filter will just use the most
recent beacon results to resize images. Instead, we should aggregate multiple
beacons, and conservatively use the largest rendered size observed. This will
give better results in the face of media queries and other techniques that
could cause the image to render with different dimensions across different
clients.
