Moving to gitlab: https://gitlab.com/rathka/metaimage This project started because I needed a tool for streamlining my digital photos. metaimage applies a per camera preset to image files and perform file renaming (according to time stamps) as well as adding, updating and removing metadata entries. metaimage can also set GPS-info using google maps api, adjust time stamps and "re"rename image files without a preset definition. Furthermore it provides a reasonably flexible listing of metadata for one or more images. The project is written in Python and uses Exiv2 for metadata handling (libgexiv2 provide python bindings through gnome introspection). A package is available for Archlinux through AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/metaimage/) |
