Issue 40: possibility to track the inquiries which were not sent to us

As mentioned during our last meeting, we should be able to track the inquiring activity of the costumers in the program, when the costumer is checking a price but does not send an email to us about the inquiry (leaves the page without sending an inquiry).

By this tracking we could see what products are costumers interested about and it is also important at high amount inquiries.
This feature should be implemented in a later version, not a must.

I guess I will be able to do this, though it is a strange request. We have
to notify the user about this on the page.
Also my plan is that if the user leaves the page and doesn't send the order
and it comes back, the data is saved locally, so he can continue to fill
the list.
In this case maybe later he will send the order.
Also if he is curious about something, he doesn't have to add an item to
the list. In this case you will not be able to track this action.
