PLease enter one more product to let the customer enter a belt description and send it to us for inquiry. IN other words, the customer is unsure of the belt or it is a special, so he enters the description he has and then send it to us as part of his other orders/inquiries.

I was thinking about this again. 
Maybe we should add a new config 6 for this. So you can add another family in the FAMILIES page with name "Non-standard products". I will implement the config 6 to ask for a description and a quantity. The result table will contain the description the quantity and "on request" prices.
So let's forget about special button we will just integrate this to the menu.
I have changed my mind. :-)
I think I will be able to implement this in version 1.x already.

For me an order item is something that has a price, and the inquire item is something which price is "on request", but Eliza said the the customer should be able to order non-standard products that are not in the system and that are "on request". These products are non-standard only from view point of the system and not the customer.
Some maybe the system doesn't allow to select them, but for customer it's standard product.

I still think that non-standard product should be veryfied by our costumer service, therefore I recommend to keep this general rule in order to avoid further complaints from the costumers' side. There are just a few items which are standard for the costumers and non-standard for us.
