This section provides some practical guidance to adapt the VB toolbox to the specifics of users' intended data analysis. First, it explains how to install and the toolbox, and describes its main components. Second, it exposes a ubiquitous trick in model-based data analysis, namely: parameter mapping. This is useful, e.g., to impose constraints on the range of values that they can take. Third, it exposes the material required for performing model simulations. Fourth, it provides a description of the toolbox's graphical output on model inversion (results and diagnostics). | |
