looking at

  • htdocs/index.html
  • the files in templates/
  • a mailog-webpage with firebug

should make things obvious.

post-content.html

using templates/post-content.html a new file is created in htdocs/posts

example

postlist-item.html

mailog updates htdocs/postlist.html using templates/postlist-item.html

comment-content.html

for new comments a file in htdocs/comments/ is created using templates/comment-content.html.
