What do you think is unbalanced?: I don't know if it is just me, but the ref boarding controls seem to be really messed up, and not functioning right. In your opinion, why is this unbalanced?: I feel like when you are ref boarding gravity suddenly is much stronger and makes it more difficult to get off the ground, and actually flying. I also feel that the controls over compensate, meaning they are too touchy, such as you click the E key and your player does 90 degrees almost. To me the LFO controls are good but the ref boarding are way messed up. Any ideas to change it?: Make the forward movement faster, make it easier to get off the ground, and less stiff feeling. It feels too slow, so maybe a speed up would help some. Other than that just tweaking of the controls really.

Oh wait, ref boarding. My bad, didn't read. Yeah, ref boards are fucked up. They're being redesigned along with everything else.

spacebar will get you off the ground. As for total speed, I really don't want to make the player go as fast as lfos unless they are going as fast as possible. It makes a lot more sense when an lfo is capable of higher velocities than a person on a refboard. Infos for refboard: shift: bit of a boost spacebar: more boost, plus it generates a bit of upward force to help with liftoff. lfo base speed ~ spacebar + shift player refboard speed Turning will probably have to be turned down though, you're right on that.
