Many meetups recur on a predictable schedule (every week, every fortnight, once a month on the third Friday, etc.). Meetup organisers should be able to define these recurring meetups so that they don't have to re-post each one.

(Recurring meetups should re-post two weeks before each recurring event and send an email notification to the person who defined them 24hrs before they re-post each time.)
