LAV already supports Intel UHD730 for hardware decoding AV1 videos.
But yet for Intel Xe Graphics DG1-4G.
If anything required for supporting this VGA card, give me instructions.

Self resolved this issue.

It's my mistake that I set LAV to DXVA2 native.
Setting LAV to D3D11 enables the AV1 hardware decode properly.
