What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Find
2. Search for a file
3. Open the File in Find Explorer
4. Edit
5. Build
6. Try to run

I would like to see a run button.

To implement, you could look in the project file at the following attribute:
<Project>
  <PropertyGroup>
    <OutputPath>..\..\..\..\bin\Debug\</OutputPath>

If it's a dll that is output then you just look for an exe, so you might as well just look for an exe in the above path. However, if there are more than one executable, I don't know how you would determine which one to use. In this case you could default to X.exe for the time being or you could think of a clever way like determining dependencies of the executable somehow. I guess this wouldn't work for online the same either but that would be enough for me to really like the feature.

I added some code to do this. If you search for todo 13 you will find it. It's on line 307 of FilePreviewViewModel.cs. That will get called when you click run (I believe.) I didn't have time to finish during build.
