type z[a,b] = a => b
def f : z[int,int] = i => i + 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On trunk it works OK, but tcpoly complains "error: missing parameter
type" at the "i" parameter.

FIX: forgot to normalize in isFunctionType (there was a TODO, but now I know why the normalize is 
necessary ;-))
should've been obvious though...
