What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Yearn longingly for a droplist filter.
2. Examine and see that there is not one yet.
3. Think about creating one.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A droplist filter that dynamically appears in the same manner as the text
fields.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Headstream.

Please provide any additional information below.
A patch is attached providing this feature.

Usage would look similar to the following.

column.getFilterRenderer().setFilterEditor(new HtmlFilterDroplistEditor());

Here's an updated patch removing a bug for null items in the filter list that would
create options with a value of "null."

Here are a couple of tweaks to prevent variable leakage if more than one droplist is
added to the same table, and to use the option value as the filter rather than the text.

This patch adds support for multiple tables on the same page to have droplist
filters.  This adds the table id to the unique var for the options arrays.
