I'm using the prototype library for my application. and on the call of
the Ajax response that contains the JMesa I use "new
Ajax.Updater(moduleName,url,{method: 'get',evalScripts:true});"

The evalScripts method does however init all Script in the response.
I've been reading a few issues with it and where it defines the method
and their scope. However it appears to be working perfectly.

It might be something to look into. I then define all my JMesa's in
the database with there urls and location and Init each on the loading

jQuery supports this natively now, at least version 1.3 does...
http://docs.jquery.com/Ajax/jQuery.ajax#options, look at the 'dataType' option

Thanks for the update. I'll have to check where this issue even came from. I think I
just copied it over from the forums...
