Currently, you can only navigate through the pages using the arrows in the
table header. If you change the filter to show, for example, 100 rows, once
you get to the bottom, you have to scroll all the way back up to get to the
table navigation.

A second set of arrows should also be in the table footer to allow the user
to navigate the pages once they've reached the bottom of the table.

You just need to make your own custom view. It does not take much to create a
different kind of view because I wanted to make doing this kind of thing as easy as I
could.

Then just copy this line in the proper place so that it shows up at the top and bottom.

html.append(snippets.toolbar());
