Issue 54: @ replies on IM are case-sensitive ('actor not found')

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Identify a user to talk to over IM
2. Type an @ reply using different capitalization of their name (e.g. "@Termie" instead of "@termie").

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The message is not sent, and an error message is returned: "Actor not found: <user@domain.com>". 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This bug most often happens with people whose Jaiku ID is mixed-case / capitalized, when most people will just 
type it as lowercase.
