i have sent them emails but have not received responses, anybody else have any ideas?

I'm a regular MoodBlast user. I get the following message in my Growl notification.

{"status: "error", "message": "Actor not found: itkovian@jaiku.com", "code": 7} 

I have filled in the fields correctly afaik in the the preferences pane (they worked before the AppEngine move), 
along with my API key.

I am using Moodblast over some years I do not really understand why it is not
updated, there is nothing out there that can be compared to Moodblast :(
