Issue 169: Case sensitive user names

I created an account under the user name "Juan", but since there's already a 
"juan" I can't get to my home or settings. I can post on other channels 
though.

This is the message I get when I try to check my settings:

"Operation not allowed: Juan@jaiku.com does not own juan@jaiku.com"

I suppose we should have performed a case-insensitive validation of the user name at 
account creation time.

Would that be a sufficient fix?
