For Coordinator Only
Ungrouped students are also a group!
- Adding A Group
- the coordinator clicks on Adding a Group
- the system asks for
- name of the group
- tags on the group
- schedule of the group
- instructor of the group
- the coordinator provides the information, submits it.
- the system summarizes the changes,
- the coordinator confirms the changes.
- Assign/Reassign Associate instructors for the groups.
- the Associate Instructor column of the group list is editable.
- the coordinator changes the Associate Instructor,
- the system checks if their is a known schedule conflition for the AI, and prompts to the coordinator if there is any.
- the system asks whether or not send an email,
- the coordinator answers, and confirm the changes,
- Moving student(s) from one Group to another Group, in the same Section
- the coordinator selects two/more groups in a same section, and clicks on 'Move student' button; selecting the section itself means selecting the ungrouped group.
- the system presents several lists of students, each for one selected group;
- the coordinator drag and drop student from groups to groups.
- after changes are made the coordinator submits the changes
- the system summarizes the changes, and ask the coordinator to confirm
- the coordinator confirms/revert the changes.
- Modifying a Group
- the coordinator clicks 'Modify Group' for the group,
- the system presents the
- name of the group
- tags on the group
- schedule
- instructor of the group
- the coordinator provides the information and submit it.
- the system summarizes the changes and any schedule conflictions of the setup.
- the coordinator confirms the changes
