What Version of MacOS X?
10.8.3
What download format did you select?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restart computer or
2. Log out of user
3.

Please provide any additional information below.
When it happened the first time, I thought maybe I had deleted the subscriptions somehow myself. Then I re-subscribed to a bunch of shows, logged out of my user profile, logged back in and restarted iTivo, and all my subscriptions were gone.
