What download format did you select?
Apple TV
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Connect to TiVo button

Getting this error message when I try to connect: iTiVo could not
communicate with your TiVo.  Please make sure your IP address and Media
Access Key are correct (check your Prefs) and try again.

I tried connecting to the TiVo IP address (http://<TiVo IP>) but could not.

Also make sure the IP assigned for your Tivo is static, not dynamic. I have my Airport router auto set the IP for the TiVo.

Or, if you do have a dynamic IP address, you might have to tell iTiVo what the new address is.
