What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open iTivo - the default order of show listings is by air date. 2. Find a protected recording that can't be transfered. Note its position in the list. 3. Re-Order the show listing so that it is done by say, show name. 4. Go to the show that is now in the position on the list that protected show in step two occupied. 5. Attempt to select that show. You cannot. 6. Find the protected show noted in step two above. Attempt to select it - you can. 7. Attempt to download the protected show. iTivo will do about 6 or 7 tries sequentially then it will think that the show is downloaded and attempt to process. 8. If you re-order the list so that the show in step 4's position changes, you can then select that show. Running 1.7.3b2
