What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Happens every time 2. 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It should connect and find my Tivo but doesn't. I confirmed it is the right IP and MAK What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? MAC OSX 10.5 Please provide any additional information below. Is it a firewall on my router? It is the standard AT&T 2wire router.

Also, are you specifying the tivo IP or are you selecting the tivo from the "My Tivos" pulldown menu?

I am having this problem, too. When I tried to go to http://<tivoip>/ Safari told me it couldn't show the URL. What might be up?

i tried those two things suggested on Feb 2009 post, but firefox had problems loading the page because the connection timed out? what else can i do? iTivo and my tivo were communicating a week ago and then kaput.
