What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download using MPEG-2 Re-Encode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Audio and Video goes in and out of sync throughout an episode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.41 OS X 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I know I have brought this up before, but it seems like it should be its own separate issue.

transport streams that are cut up are going to fall out of sync.

 I think you need to re-encode properly (like the DVD option, but using whatever
settings you like) to fix it.  Just splicing it will lead to audio sync issues.  Feel
free to look around for mencoder options that will resolve it (I can't find any), and
I'll be happy to include them.  The beta release lets you play with settings to your
heart's content.

  Marking it as 'wontfix'.  I don't believe it is fixable without properly reading
the file and writing out a new encoded file (as opposed to re-encode, which simply
uses 'copy' of the bits).  It's a very valid complaint, but there's not much I can do
about it.
