What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The .tivo file contains all of the episode information. This is lost when converting to .mpg. It
would be great to have the option to just download the .tivo file unchanged.

Marking as low-priority enhancement.

For now, if you want to hack around the .tivo file you can manually download it
from https://<tivoip>

It asks for a username and password. How do I know what those are?

So, I think downloading the .tivo file isn't really appropriate for this tool (it's
an advanced thing only useful for people who plan to hack around with the file, and
who presumably have the kind of skills that make a front-end friendly interface
unnecessary).

  So marking it as 'wontfix'

That isn't really true. I don't use the .tivo file to "hack around with." I use it because it is the best format for
TiVo GoBack. The tivo recognizes the file and all of the show information and plays it back flawlessly. Not to
mention that the .tivo files can be played back with Windows Media Player in windows. A lot of these types of
programs offer the ability to just download the .tivo file.

Anyway, just food for thought. If you don't want to add the feature it is not a big deal. I have other ways to
download the .tivo file. Just thought you might want to know that it might be important to some users, and it
seems like it would be very easy to add. Up to you.

Thanks again for all your hard work!
