What Version of iTiVo? 1.7.6

What Version of MacOS X? 10.8

What download format did you select? Had been up and running previously. Now, when I open iTivo, initially I get an error message that says:

Apple Script Error
sh: mDNS: command not found
No matching processes belonging to you were found (1)

Then I click "okay" and a box pops up saying:

Apple Script Error
Can’t get item 1 of {}. (-1728)

Then I click "okay" and a pop-up box says:

Your Media Access Key is not set correctly. (Select *Help* from the menu if you don't know how).

However, I cannot select the "preferences" tab in the iTivo drop-down box to add my Media Access Key.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (see above).

Please provide any additional information below.

So grateful for any help you can provide. Thanks!

I deleted and re-downloaded the iTivo application. Now, I can open the "preferences" box (which I couldn't do before). However, then a pop-up box says:

Apple Script Error
Can’t get item 1 of {}. (-1728)

Still can't enter the Media Access Key...

I have the same issue. I'm running on Mountain Lion if that matters.

Ditto here - anyone found any resolutions?

We have yet to get a diff that works on both Mountain Lion and Lion. For day job reasons, I'm not yet on Lion, so I can't work on this myself.

Again, this is a duplicate, and issue 198 is tracking this. Please see that issue for further info.
