What Version of iTiVo? S2 What Version of MacOS X? 10.6.7 What download format did you select? DVD What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. 2. 3. Please provide any additional information below. I just recently added Roxio Toast to my computer and for some reason it wont detect my tivo. So then downloaded itivo once I plugged in my Key number and IP it started to work I even downloaded a show. The it stopped working. It couldn't connect. I switched profiles last night and then it started working again. (it downloaded two shows) But this morning when I looked on my computer I got a an error message and now it won't connect. Please help!! What could be the problem?? I dont see it on bonjour and when I type my tivo ip address in the browser it doesn't connect. Wbat could be the problem?? Thanks!!

If you can't connect to the TiVo from your browser, then you've got a TiVo issue. It may be that your TiVo has changed IP addresses. In any case, there's not much that iTiVo can do to fix this.
