What Version of iTiVo? 1.7.7b3 What Version of MacOS X? 10.6.1 What download format did you select? What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. trying to connect tivo series 3 HD 2. 3. Please provide any additional information below. I verified my MAK is correct and ip address is correct. Also verified that transfers was enabled on my tivos. Tivos are connected to network. itivo cannot connect to my series 3 and series 2 tivo's. I receive the message above when I try to connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the same error as above. But this follows in sequence from 1) starting the app 2) selecting the Tivo under the myTivo's List 3) clicking connect to Tivo 4) After a short delay, being told "Unable to connect to Tivo <device>. No longer on your network" 5) clicking connect to Tivo again gives "AppleScript Error sh: line 1<MAK> command not found (127)" I am using iTivo 1.7.6, OSX 10.5.8 TIVO Series 3 software: 11.3b3-01-2-663

Can you surf to your TiVo's web page? Should be http://<ipaddress>/
