What Version of iTiVo? 1.7.6 What Version of MacOS X? 10.6 What download format did you select? What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Accessing the Tivo as usual from the iTivo interface 2. Error message pops up that the software cannot connect 3. Please provide any additional information below.

Check your MAK. When I set mine up the first time the MAK was different than it was 2-3 days later. Haven't had an issue after that.

If it's not a MAK issue, it's probably and IP addressing issue. Your TiVo may have changed it's IP address.
