Problem Statement: Current methods for handling IT related issues take too much time and require too much interaction costing too much money and occupying too much time. Overview: In many organizations, the IT infrastructure is a bear to setup and maintain. Often times a new system will need a lengthy series of programs installed with specific configuration sets. In addition to these are the numerous problems that arise when trying to install said software or even when simply trying to send in a support ticket. With that in mind we come to the proposal of a new system to improve the infrastructure, reducing costs and freeing up valuable human resources. Objectives: To track IT requests, log results, and improve response over existing IT systems. This system will utilize a web system that collects the information for what needs to be done and inform the user of the appropriate actions and relevent resources. 4) How to avoid plagiarism A variety of steps can be taken to avoid plagiarism. First and foremost if you're ever unsure about whether something needs cited or not, cite it anyway. Secondly, when doing research document every source you've looked at, making it easier to figure out where you may have gotten an idea. Finally, always examine your work before submitting it or making it public and look for any instances of uncited material that you think may not have come from your own thoughts or ideas. 5) Examine if your proposed project violates rules Nothing within this project violates any plagiarism rules. The ideas were created solely by the two project creators and any similarities between existing ideas elsewhere would be mere coincidence.
