What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Got the premium of £378.45
2.Pressed next : Declaration page. All values are No. 
3.Pressed next : got the message Hiscox are unable to provide an online 
quote due to xxx. 

Is the referral supposed to come after the quote is shown? 

4. Pressed back and the pressed next. Got system Error

Referral happens on transition from Important Information to Summary of Policy 
always.
All questions from About YOu are taken into consideration for the same.

The specific scenario of what led to referral might need to be investigated.

The response for the question "Does the property and its outbuildings have any 
external cracking?" should be "YES" while all other responses can be no in the 
Important information page to successfully goto the Summary of policy page.

This is the most amusing condition for obtaining a quote! Can you explain why
external cracks are a must to get the property insured?

Don't ever get insurance from Hiscox -seems to be the motto!

The wording of this referral in Prod Spec has been a bit misleading which has 
resulted in this.
Anyway, we have raised this with Karan and we are waiting for his updates. 

Thanks for it anyway. Good we didn't find this in UAT.
