Issue 175: Direct Debit Additional Error Issues.

1)I entered a sort code and clicked findbranch.
2)It displayed all the details expect account number and name
3) I entered a wrong account number and clicked Submit

This time I got a error on the top of the page which says( with an inline 
error icon)
"We have been unable to authorize your payment. Error in validating 
CountryCode or SortCode or AccountNumber Please click here to talk to an 
insurance advisor who can try and process your payment over the phone."

Issue
1) An icon came along with error, which is not there in other pages
2) Message says about a country code but i cannot any country code fields
3) The page displayed back with the name and sort code. Rest of the sort 
code details vanished off ( to the manager, address, branch code)

Please test all the error scnearios of this page thoroughly.
