Issue 174: Direct Debit : Error Issues

1) I clicked findbranch without entering any data.
2) Got an inline error 

Issues
1)There is no error on top which says - highlighed questions has errors I 
had to scroll down to find the error. I guess there should be an error on 
top if it is an inline error.
2) Is the error description correct? 

"Error: Check you have entered the correct sort code OR We have been 
unable to find a branch for that sort code. Please check the sort code you 
have entered. If the details are correct then please click here so that we 
can try and process your payment over the phone. OR We have been unable to 
confirm account is suitable for Direct Debit transactions. Please check 
the details you have entered. If the details are correct and the account 
accepts direct debits then please click here so that we can try and 
process your payment over the phone. 


Pleae check. I think this should be an error whcih has to displayed on top.
