What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.

1. Simply executing Google Visualization using the attached code: http://pastebin.com/uWtHv6Bw#.
There is dynamic content in the linked example but using static content does NOT effect
the bug. A screenshot of the alignment bug: http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/8076/36wq.png
(see green France slice).
2. The bug is present on Google's own Vlisualizations: Pie Chart page itself (see the
Work slice of the chart): http://img855.imageshack.us/img855/8324/7ger.png

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?

PieChart

Are you using the test environment (version 1.1)?
(If you are not sure, answer NO)

NO

What operating system and browser are you using?

Bug IS present under OSX Mountain Lion, Chrome 31.0.1650.57. Bug NOT present in Firefox
23.0.1 or Safari 6.0.5 (8536.30.1), both again under OSX Mountain Lion.

This bug might be specific to Chrome 31. We may find a workaround, or if we find it
is too tricky, we might rely on a fix in Chrome v32.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem with Chrome Version 31.0.1650.57 under Ubuntu 13.04 and
windows 7.
I test it with the code: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/6kLQj/

Regards,
Edward
