Consistant URL for getting profile image

A URL format that would allow hotlinking to profile image while only knowing a profile's ID.

Something like https://www.googleapis.com/plus/v1/people/114233674199568482864/image

Would redirect to https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-6LBE-Jve_ls/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAApwU/2eoHLvLvv0E/s200-c-k/photo.jpg
