Hello,

I got a BIG ISSUE...
Ok this is my 6th attempt now to remove my google authenticator from my primary email account "Jason.D.Hooker@gmail.com" I have created "jasonhooker561@gmail.com" to post this question.

I need my google authenticator removed from my "jason.d.hooker@gmail.com" account. Now I have switched phones, so my 2 step google authenticator is tied to "309-224-1896" But I don't have access to this number because I got a new number. So everytime I try to login with my "jason.d.hooker@gmail.com" (and yes I have the correct password because I get prompt for the verification code) the code gets sent to "309-224-1896" . Thus, I can't remove the authenticator myself because its tied to my old phone number!!!

Please google..please...all my contacts are synced with "jason.d.hooker@gmail.com" and I need all my contacts.

I have tried to recovery and reset my account, but everytime I do google doesn't think I"m the orginal owner..I dont' know what else I can do :\
