Comment #3 originally posted by adam.kim1977 on 2013-02-01T08:43:59.000Z: THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been struggling with two-step authentication for months now, and was about to drive myself up to Mountain View and beg for someone's help to log me into my email account. I could see email on my phone, but for the life of me, it rejected all phone, and Google Authenticator codes. But I read your post about the time-sync issue possibility and noticed my iPhone was off my computer's time by 3 minutes (how that happened, who knows). But once I fixed the time on my phone to the exact time, it finally accepted my code! Thank you so much. I wanted to respond, in case anyone else was going crazy trying to get their authenticator to work. |
