When I try to log in to wordpress I have a plugin that is google authenticator that is blocking me. I need a google authenticator code. I do not remember the code and there is no reset process.

It sounds like your Wordpress site has been configured to use one-time codes for authentication. I know that there is a Wordpress plugin published on the web to help people configure Authenticator to generate such codes. Doing so requires configuring Authenticator and the site with a shared secret. Unfortunately, if you don't have that secret any more, there's nothing that can be done on the Authenticator side to generate codes that the Wordpress site will accept. You will need to pursue regaining access to your site on the Wordpress side.

If you start using my Wordpress plugin again, you could write down the secret on paper and store it somewhere safe, just in case.
Then you'll be able to setup the account manually on a new or factory reset phone.
