If the maps type control is used to select a different map type any controls positioned under the map type selector will be moved down. See screenshot.

CORRECTION: this is only pertaining to Scorecards, I'm aware I can do this on a table. My apologies.

Thanks for filing this bug. I have confirmed that it's a problem and filed it internally. We'll update this issue when we have a fix.
