All map symbols defined with SVG Path Notation appear blurry on HDPI devices such as Apple's iPhone and Retina MacBooks. This significantly burdens the appearance of the page.

Definitely makes the map look terrible on HDPI devices.

Is there any workaround for this issue?
I know I can provide the marker symbols as high-resolution PNGs, which is a solution for the marker icons, however, Polylines are also rendered blurry, and I have no idea how to replace them.
