I have the same issue in all browsers. Can confirm that I also can't see the Street View in the official javascript documentation Street View Service page,

(Actually according to browser network logs, all images loading correctly but displayed only a trigle part on grey background)
It's even happening to them if they visited official javascript documentation page like this:
