#1What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Launch app showing a GMSMapView with my location button
2. Deny location permissions
3. Launch app again
4. Press the location button
5. Observe that didTapMyLocationButtonForMapView: is not called.
Operating system version: iOS 8.1.3
Google Maps SDK for iOS version: 1.9.1
Hardware model: iPhone 6
