Issue 706: File name is not displayed correctly when it includes @ (atmark)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. push changes to files that have @ (atmark) in it's name. For example, abc@2x.png
2. view review item from browser.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
abc@2x.png is expected to be shown, but abcx.png is shown instead.

The @2 turned into \u0002 internally, which
is an invisible character in the browser.

This happened somewhere deep in the patch
list generation, because its stored without
the @2 in the cache but has the \u0002.
